How to find a serial
The easiest way to find a FeelYourSound serial is by searching for it in your emails.
Please try the following searches:
- The product name
- "MyCommerce"
- "share-it"
If you don't find the serial in your mails, you can find it in a file on your computer. Please try this:
Sundog Song Studio
- Windows:
- Open Explorer.
- Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sundog\core".
- Open the file "reg.xml" in a text editor.
- macOS:
- Open Finder.
- Press Shift + Cmd + G (this will open the "Go to folder" dialog).
- Enter the following in the text box: ~/Library/Application Support
(the "~" is important here).
- Click on "Go"
- You should find the folder "Sundog" there
- Go to "Sundog/core"
- Open the file "reg.xml" in a text editor.
ChordPotion, Engines (HouseEngine,...)
- Windows:
- Open Explorer.
- Go to "C:\Users[USERNAME]\Documents\FeelYourSound[PRODUCT NAME]\settings\"
- Open the file "reg.xml" in a text editor.
- macOS:
- Press Shift + Cmd + G (this will open the "Go to folder" dialog).
- Enter the following in the text box: ~/Documents/FeelYourSound/ (the "~" is important here).
- Open the folder "[PRODUCT NAME]/settings".
- Open the file "reg.xml" in a text editor.
MelodicFlow
- Windows:
- Open Explorer.
- Go to "C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\FeelYourSound\MelodicFlow".
- Open the file "reg.ini" in a text editor.
- macOS:
- Open Finder.
- Press Shift + Cmd + G (this will open the "Go to folder" dialog) .
- Enter the following in the text box: ~/Library/Preferences/FeelYourSound/MelodicFlow (the "~" is important here).
- Open the file "reg.ini" in a text editor.
XotoPad
- Windows:
- Open Explorer.
- Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\XotoPad\core".
- Open the file "reg.xml" in a text editor.
